Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for damaged or mis-printed goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or gift cards at this time. We do offer exchanges for different sizing. See more details below.
Only damaged or mis-printed items are eligible for a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request a photo of the damage.

We apologize if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Although rare, sometimes shit happens. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@furiousshirley.com within 14 days, along with your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution ASAP.

Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive from us. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition from the printing process. Now that your product is out of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or gift cards. 

Exchanges
If you have a sizing issue, we can exchange the product for you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and the exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item. Email info@furiousshirley.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
